Rather more "sensible" things, like the mentioned outdoor facility, or the solar panels planned for later, etc. Something for which initially money, the idea or time was lacking. I probably chose the term (consumption) wish incorrectly.... the new motorcycle, great clothes, or or...
There was even talk of a (consumption) desire. I did not bring that into play. And the legislator intended the deferral to help people in financial emergencies. Which ultimately comes at the expense of the banks, as installments are not paid. At least in the short term.
