Just like the idea of a minimalist garden with an unobstructed view of a plastic industrial woven fence.

To the left and right are immediately the neighbors and straight ahead a garden property borders; there they have the ugly red plant containers full of weeds on our side

We just want to have peace and not constantly be drawn into conversations with neighbors in the garden or be watched

There are privacy strips also with motifs

Actually, it's clear what you want. Compare prices and check with your neighbors whether they want to share the costs. I wouldn't be pleased as a neighbor and wouldn't participate. That doesn't mean I want to have constant conversations and am curious. I just don't like that look. Remember, it's just a privacy screen. Not a soundproof barrier. Your dog still knows what's going on beyond the fence.

These strips are especially hideous. View of plastic - a matter of preference. Take the fence in combination with a beech hedge or let it grow over differently.

Whether you are communicative people or simply don’t want anything to do with the neighbors (at least that’s what you express with the fence) is up to you. You can have your peace even without privacy screens – at least when it comes to conversations. The noise from next door cannot be stopped with that.
And honestly, 99% of the neighbors have better things to do than watch you ;)

That is your requirement! In our case, besides the neighborhood law, the rule still applies that the person who wants something and benefits from it, and thereby has an elaborate claim to something, has to pay for it.

Because the dog is there.
Just as an example: with us, there is the obligation to fence on the right if the neighbor wants it. (Lower Saxony). But if a dog is involved, he fences everything in, also to his left (even though the left neighbor would have the obligation on the right), because his interest weighs higher.
This is based on the unwritten law that someone who wants something and that something’s conditions to be met pays for it.

I do, see photo

??

???? What is that?

That’s just how properties are.

Maybe a penthouse apartment would be better for you?
Why would people watch you? Paranoia? Victim of stalking?
You certainly aren’t the center of the universe.

Read that! Reading educates.

If you were my neighbor, I would protect myself from your privacy screen with a hedge, quite simply.
