A hedge is out of the question because it takes some time to grow and requires maintenance
The hedge needs water in summer, must be trimmed, and insects often swarm inside it
We definitely want a fence.
What other fence alternatives are there?
WPC? I heard it must not reach the ground because otherwise it gets moldy due to the morning dew
Wood - definitely not - the fence must be regularly painted to keep it looking nice and to prevent rot
The fence should be permanently durable without maintenance and upkeep
I think that leaves only the double wire mesh fence, right?
If the neighbors do not agree with the fence or do not want to contribute, we will set the fence on the exact property boundary on our property; nobody can object if the zoning plan does not restrict it (which it doesn’t)
