Hello, the architect will not be able to give anyone a fixed price. But for what reasons should the construction costs exceed the budget by 30% when building with an architect? Regards

@Perlenmann I mentioned in the last posting that I am not an expert and am trying to obtain meaningful information here. Also, it does not matter how often you have done something, but at what level. If you build the same crap 1000 times, you make no progress, right? If someone claims "suddenly 30 percent additional costs due to the architect," then despite my limited expertise, I have to simply doubt such a statement. The architect would make himself very unbelievable and I think he has missed his profession. If you express precise ideas, I also expect a precise price. This will definitely not be one-third (30 percent) higher. Therefore, I consider this statement the biggest nonsense and the same applies to the person who makes this statement.

According to my research, the cheapest shell construction was possible with solid wood elements made from waste wood, because hardly any offcuts and no insulation were needed. Then filling systems and only afterward large-area wall elements with well-known names on them.

Yeah yeah, when you lack knowledge, arguments, and manners, you quickly get personal, right? I’d rather stick with the German oak...
As a quote from a construction law forum, just inserted here:

You’re grown up enough to google the reference numbers of the nonsense yourself, aren’t you, interested party? I wish you a nice life

@ Interested party:

I asked because you act as if you have swallowed wisdom with a spoon.

If a professional tells you 30,000 additional costs, then you can believe that. These are empirical values! Whether it ends up being 25 or 35 depends on the location and your wishes.
For example, your house is 40m away from the nearest sewer/power or whatever, then the costs are significantly higher than the average, which is probably around 10m.
To give another example: hillside location. The house probably costs the same whether it is flat or on a hill, but the additional costs will be higher.
Since no one knows your exact wishes, only approximate answers are possible, and 30k additional costs simply fit without calculating every single detail for you.
First, educate yourself by reading before spreading your ignorance here!

I would not trust a professional either who tries to justify 30% additional costs afterwards. That smells more like fraud than experience.
