I would like to educate myself through precisely asked questions. I don’t have time to read up on the whole topic in detail. Why do you think I found my way to a forum? To exchange information about specific topics without beating around the bush.
I officially apologize for my ignorance and thank you for your explanation.

Hello,

I can't find any .... but plenty of statements, barely tolerable; a strange demeanor for a greenhorn

Best regards

Without any clue, you’ll fall flat on your face because you never know if what the other person is selling you is true! That’s what happened to my neighbor, she really fell flat. No clue either and trusted others. Now the financing gap has come up. But you do what you think is right and stay resistant to advice.

Hello, @blurboy: the 30% does not refer to the additional costs. It was merely assumed that the construction costs with the architect are 30% higher than estimated before the start of construction........

Sorry Renia, but after that we were already at ancillary construction costs, so I referred to that! Well, I’d say you can have the house planned by an architect and then it goes to one company or many different ones, which can be more expensive or cheaper than the cost estimates and experience values of an architect, which is also understandable.

Hi,
please excuse me, but then your statement/question

was phrased ambiguously. In the course of your discussion with "Interessent", it came across to me as if it were the rule to exceed the construction costs by 30%. Perhaps you should have explained that a cost overrun of up to 30% based on the cost estimate is permissible. It is not the rule and happens very rarely. Whoever does their work conscientiously does not miscalculate.

The architect should be careful not to misjudge to such an extent, otherwise he will be out of the picture very quickly......

Regards
