Current values from 5 minutes ago. Current heating curve 0.15 with a parallel shift of 1°C above the desired temperature of 21°C No night setback, no ERR

so our Vaillant air-to-water heat pump now also runs through the night. I did not notice any defrosting last night. It only did so once this morning. We usually have around 0 °C. Now it is going down below zero. During the day I have set 24 °C and at night 22 °C. On average, there are now about 23 °C room temperature in almost all rooms.

True. It is due to the comfort factor of women's feet on tiles during the transitional period. ;) With less parallel displacement and greater steepness, however, it became too warm in winter. Unfortunately, there is no intermediate step between 0.2 and 0.3 in steepness. Since so little energy is consumed at 15-20°, I simply ventilate if necessary or have the heating switched off. That is the lesser evil than heating unnecessarily high in winter.

It’s always the same. I would have built a true energy miracle without my wife. The problem with that: without my wife...

In total, you can twist and turn it however you want. Moving into a heat pump house in winter is very worrying with a view on the electricity meter.

That should then be the first step in adjusting the system to see whether and when an electric heating element switches on and how the heating curve and so on are set. Heating engineers always play it safe during handover regarding the heating curve, electric heating element, and hot water temperature, following the motto "more is better."
