A different question: I lowered my heating curve again, from 0.16 to 0.1. Now the heat pump cycles 15 times in 24 hours at an outdoor temperature averaging 7°C.
With a heating curve of 0.16 and the same outdoor temperature, it only cycled 3-4 times. Which is better now? A lower heating curve with more cycling or a slightly higher heating curve with less cycling?

Which do you need/would you like to have? I think that since only 3 cycles occur in 24 hours at a heating curve of 0.16, it is already well adjusted. The change from 0.16 to 0.1 changed the temperature in the house by 0.1 degrees.The system just has to be set up reasonably first, then you automatically end up at the "right" number of starts. :rolleyes: Heating curve alone says "nothing" at all. You need all relevant parameters.
