For me, a feel test. You can feel if it pulls. I didn't want a Blower Door, too expensive, and if there is some air coming into the house, all the better, it's healthy.

With the adhesive tapes from siga, you could probably build an entire house in an emergency, that's how well that stuff sticks ^^

So, we once had the situation where I had to make an announcement regarding trash - the trash can is there - clean up your trash!
And then that worked.

What’s in your pictures - hmm how do I say it nicely -.-
To me, it once again reflects your typical approach to the whole construction. Instead of investing an hour of your time to just clean up a little, you search the internet for paragraphs and ways to scam the general contractor out of money, because the landscaper says he can’t work with such dirt ....

That the general contractor makes more than enough mistakes is as clear as day - but I don’t think he really cares anymore, unfortunately

Are they all crazy by now??? Here, the construction crew came every Saturday and solely to clean up. Voluntarily! We were surprised because we had prepared ourselves to clean up the construction site on Saturdays if no one was there. But they were earlier

But one could also install a webcam surveillance, there is a specialized company from Düsseldorf specifically for large construction sites

Aside from the fact that this contractor has already disqualified himself several times here... I would not engage in any further discussions and just clean up myself, and if the site gets too dirty, simply check more often. The more promptly you are there, the easier it is to narrow down the circle of those responsible.

Normally, if the general contractor hasn’t hired the last berserkers of the republic, the craftsmen are tidy by themselves and also reasonable if you talk to them. There hasn’t been any stress so far. Conversely, I would increase the offer of garbage bags and give them as many opportunities as possible to properly dispose of the stuff right away. Apart from that, personal contact combined with coffee and rolls or pastries as well as the constant supply of water and cola for free use also helps.

typically german, the whole thing.

Invest two hours of your precious time, buy a rake and go over it.

Loosen up the soil a bit and all the stubs, concrete remnants, etc. are gone.

You don't seriously mean that some trade will come back because of dozens of garden stubs, do you? What kind of garden landscaper do you have? Is it one who comes like a doctor with white gloves and wants to find his OPTISCH (garden) sterile?

man man man

The landscape gardener sees him and thinks, stupid/snobbish but rich. I'll take him. Apparently many on this construction site think that. Does it say ColaFantaWasser? Are there rolls or cake now and then? Is there communication with the Indians? No? That's why there are also cigarettes!
