To a certain extent, "who pays, commands" still applies - especially on a construction site.
Typical saying when you don't want to face the challenges present in your own country: There is almost always something that runs worse somewhere else - always using that as a "reason" to do nothing or to let things slide leads to what is "normal" in certain countries. Do we want that? I don't.
