You may have a "sloppy" BU (or its subsidiaries), you may also have an elitist garden landscaper... both probably don't go together.

I think a discussion about that is exaggerated... the craftsman himself should get upset about the bureaucrats who are all thumbs...

I wouldn't know that cigarette butts are special waste, that is completely exaggerated.

Maybe a matter for the construction and specialist lawyer

Phew...

That's exactly how it is and has always been!

No, they are not: You have the WWW, right? You can look up what cigarette butts do to our water - just saying. It's similar to plastic stuff: "Oh, it's not that bad." Then just look at our seas. At the latest, when you can't drink water anymore, you'll realize what cigarette butts can cause.

And millions of people die every year from diesel exhaust...
You have to keep things in perspective sometimes.

This world is just completely insane, in Bavaria 18% Green voters and 16% AFD. Only radical self-destructors and other extremists around.

That's true! In our waste disposal regulations, it also says in §3.2.4.5 that the disposal of cigarette butts and plastic waste must exclusively be done via the purple problem waste bin. The purple problem waste bin is only collected by carefully tested and highly qualified specialist companies (DIN86430). Please use only appropriate gloves when filling the problem waste into the bin.
