Einkassieren = before tax ≠ profit after tax

Yes, that's clear. So far we have always received some tax refunds (1000-1500€). A good part of that goes to the tax advisor.

Sure, if the income increases, it will offset more towards zero, let's see what the 2020 tax assessment brings. But my husband also makes quarterly advance payments (which I have already deducted from the mentioned amount). For 2021, however, I do not expect that we will have to make additional payments, since I generate less income through my sole proprietorship.

I don't understand that. You are supposed to pay €1000 installment + €700 rent for 3 years now. After building the house, you are supposed to pay €1700 installment. Where is the difference?

But otherwise, that all sounds totally understandable. In those 2-3 years, you’ll realize what/how much is possible and how strong the desire for a house is. The desire for a home came through the nesting instinct only recently with you. And maybe you also want 2 children, then 80 sqm condo is not necessarily much anymore and you might rather give up an extra dress. But only you know that.

Then there are three possibilities: - Advance payment too high - Loss from self-employment or business - High advertising costs in non-self-employed work. The tax office certainly does not just pay something back in case of profits. Or I have been doing something wrong my whole life.

I don't know where the numbers were taken from.

Current rent + utilities: €880
How can the installment be set at €1700 without even knowing the lending value, etc. In the first thread and according to the conditions offered by the bank, we would have to manage €950-970/month installment with 1% repayment. When increasing to 2% repayment: €1300-1350/ installment (I don't have the exact amount in mind anymore).
