Since this is already your second thread here and you wonder why, oddly enough, it leads in the same "direction" both times, one would have to advise self-reflection. I won’t do that here because after your countless posts I can very well predict your reaction to that...

You don’t respond to legitimate inquiries and uncomfortable posts at all but mostly only engage with those more favorable to you; you have zero ability to accept criticism but wriggle around in justifications and look for confirmation of your plans here. Meanwhile, the banker (!) has already delivered everything to you neatly.

posted a short, perfectly fitting comment here and added two apt keywords: "eierlegende Wollmilchsau" and "Diva"... ;)

Also, hits the mark perfectly with his concern about your demands, but of course you have to take backlash from him instead of questioning this objection.
I’m just saying 1,500,- Euro stroller... phew... whoever spends that kind of money... I handle it like Lagerfeld with jogging pants... as a supporter of haute couture (see nickname... dicit enim omne nomen) you should be able to make something out of that.

Actually, I would still advise buying the plot of land and financing it flexibly, also to start with the saving tips, only: I see no willingness here to make compromises = it won’t work.

Well, I have pointed to self-reflection several times, because – as you already said – either there was no reaction at all, instead the same question was repeated over and over, or independently new "concerns" arose, ranging from "I know what I want and can save" to "I am not willing to save".

Hmm, do you already have children? Do you live in the city? I read something about a 3,000-soul village. You probably don’t need a practical model there and only drive a car anyway. Otherwise—1,500 for a double stroller wouldn’t be anything. And around 1,000€ for practical variants that allow you to get around the city and apartment building wouldn’t be either.

Sure, it can be cheaper, but you notice that everywhere.

But you must not tell that to 90% of the mothers. Even the hyped Bogaboo, Silver Cross, Dubatti or similar barely reach 1,500€ as single strollers. And after three kids, I can tell you that the cheaper models for half the price are not a bit worse.

You are basically right. But I only agree with 50% of your post.

A little self-reflection from the forum wouldn’t hurt either.
was really pushed into a corner here. When she was accused of underestimating the costs once the child is there, she openly listed which big expenses she had already made and would no longer occur.
And bam: they twisted that into the next accusation. How can you just buy a stroller for 1,500 euros.
Yes, it’s not cheap. So what? That’s in the past. Shall we take a closer look at the expenses of all the homebuilders here? I’m sure we will find something in each case that the general forum community considers too expensive.
And before anyone says something: that certainly applies also to those who had to calculate relatively tightly.

The same goes for the monthly dress example brought up by , which she then gives up. Instead of taking that as a first step, it is analyzed again in detail and her ability to manage a household is denied.

And believe me, that is often the underlying tone in the forum. We’ve been through the gauntlet ourselves. We had to earn every euro on our own. Our family hasn’t supported us financially since adulthood. Vacations, weddings, purchases. All 100% out of our own pockets.
And then we had to listen here in the forum that we can’t handle money. And that from some specimens who regularly partially finance their expenses with financial injections from their parents.

So a little self-reflection would do the forum good too.

As I said: the truth in this case, as so often, lies in the middle. You have to see the forum for what it is: a nerdy bunch of homebuilders. Like angels or devils on the shoulder with their own experienced point of view. Nothing more.

Amen

Without responding to each individual and hopefully thereby concluding, I would like to quote a Russian classic: "who holds this judicial office?" and the second, even more essential question, which should simultaneously serve as your answer as to why I "do not respond to many such useful hints/questions": at what point have I here asked anyone for their opinion or even advice on how I should live; how much baby items are allowed to cost; how big/small the house should be, etc.

This clearly exceeds the scope of the question I originally posed and ONLY because I do not provide this transparency, endless discussion, judgment, etc. continue.

What kind of impudence is this being exercised here, to reach into the pocket and still discuss how outrageous it is not to have lived like a church mouse, but to spend one’s own earned money according to one’s own meaning?! I am more than sure that none of you would ever dare to open your mouth at all in REAL life and reprimand someone.
So, whoever is too stupid to understand WHY I react this way should ask themselves a single question whether they are entitled/capable of lecturing other people without even being asked to!

I myself find 0.0 relevance to the topic of variable financing. But as said, lots of intolerance and impudence. Which I do not allow anyone to do to me, neither in real life nor on the internet (especially since I do not even remotely know them).

If I like to rummage through others’ laundry, then gladly, I can provide 1000 examples of the beautiful (and thus so outrageous life that you yourselves do not have). But all this has already gone far beyond the limits of the clearly named subject in the title. Therefore, one should not be surprised why I do not respond to many lectures at all.

Have fun with further discussion of the stroller costs (how ridiculous)
