But only much later... ... after your question was already answered after about two pages or so, you kept starting again: the same question again, then the "what if..." then when everything was said again, suddenly an ETW came up in the conversation, three options... most of the time people were telling you: "just think about it first," but then new info came from you again... Read it all yourself again... a forum is shaped by the experiences of others. Unfortunately, I also have to note that last week you mentioned something about the anonymity of the internet. Etc. ... and I conclude that you apparently meant yourself. Everyone here has given you honest advice. Only you are whining and getting upset. Would you be like that if you sat at the table with us? In your opinion, all forum members are "stupid" and disrespectful - only you are the one who is really sane.

So I also found your comment on the loan rate I calculated for you unfriendly.

Of course, we don't know the exact loan-to-value ratio, but I work with numbers every day and the €1700 seems realistic to me and should help you assess whether that is possible for you. But even after 25 pages, you still sugarcoat some things and counter with your loan rate from your financial advisor for a loan amount that, according to the thread, was unrealistically small for everyone and with a 1% repayment.

And everyone said that you can do what you want. You can afford to build a house if you want. But you can also buy a condo and continue living similarly to before. We are just saying that you should realistically evaluate option 1 so you don’t drive yourself into misery.

Now that my quarantine is almost over, I ended up wandering back into the forum again, went through 26 pages of this thread, and have to realize with great dismay that after 17 pages of the €1500 stroller discussion, the name of the model still hasn’t been revealed by page 26  Please resolve the cliffhanger for me – in this respect, I’m a little Sheldon Cooper – thanks :D

Hi magical being, "Kinderwagen" and "1500 €" are taboo here and must no longer be mentioned... Olli

Yes, I interpreted it that way too - unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned, I was not able to completely shelve the topic :p
