The supplier has incorrect meter numbers in the system - what to do?

Was the same meter model really installed again or afterwards some supposedly "smarter" meter? It could be that the network operator reserves that for photovoltaic systems.

I can't tell you that at all. I never saw the initial meters. We were on vacation for 2 weeks, during that time apparently the first meters and also the new ones arrived. When we came back from vacation to the house, the current ones were already installed.

So it is a cascade after all. Then I really keep my fingers crossed that it goes faster than with dab_dab and me.

With the basic supplier, I can only reduce my installments online by about 20 euros or so.

I would still do it just in case if they don’t let you lower it any other way, in case this all takes a while... For some providers, as soon as the confirmation is out, you can repeat the same process immediately and reduce it again... (it depends on how smart their systems are programmed...)

Something else: Are you sure that a "free" tariff for the heat pump is worthwhile? For me, the heat pump basic supply is massively cheaper than the cheapest regular heat pump electricity offer. The tariff is, of course, so well hidden that you can't find it - but you can still get it.

Depends on where you live. Here EnBW charges 30c and the cheapest offer on the portal is 29,x ;)

Our new heat pump tariff is minimally more expensive, I think 1 ct or so, but the basic supplier sells us coal power / mix, and we want to buy from a pure green energy provider.
