Bungalows come and go too.

I can imagine all sorts of things in terms of planning, but in this situation, still single, planning a family house for still unknown people and their even more unknown preferences, wishes, and needs doesn’t really work for me.
That would mean for me that I cannot really plan for my current needs, so freely and specifically, but rather much more pragmatically than I actually should in my life.
Hm......I would buy/build something stylish that fits my own life; experience shows that such things often cannot simply be mixed with another person and their own life in the future.

- Find the bedroom compared to the other rooms much too large, of course it's always a question of priorities. Personally, I would do without the walk-in closet, reduce it by 3-4 sqm, and make the bathroom a bit larger for this, or possibly the children's room, otherwise I actually find it quite good on the upper floor. Of course, everything must be feasible with the floor plan, maybe change it again? Otherwise, it seems a bit tube-shaped.
- I would actually keep the kitchen open in such a small living area, so that everything doesn't feel so cramped. I find the "corner" in the living room quite good, I think it makes the room look a bit bigger.
Otherwise, I find the floor plan quite good, definitely getting the best out of 130 sqm. But of course, you must know that it all looks very "squeezed". With 130 sqm, it can't really be done any other way.

...since the space is tight anyway, I would definitely design the kitchen area to be open.

Bungalow only if I place it sideways


I would have to place a bungalow sideways, meaning the long side in depth, but unfortunately I didn’t like that.

Of course, I could now increase from 133 sqm to 160 sqm and easily reach 2000€, but as I said, that is not an option for me. I don't want laminate flooring, manual plastic shutters, or ventilation that drafts and is noisy in my house. Doing it myself is also not an option.

show me the property for it just for some food for thought: a penthouse apartment with 130sqm is something completely different in terms of lifestyle and layout than a 130sqm city villa

Parcel 16 is 20m wide but I am only allowed to build 10m. The green area on the left is private property, so 5m must be maintained, but a carport on the boundary is not a problem.
