Well, the OP (male) actually only wrote

... and I blatantly assumed "hetero" without any proof and concluded from that that person "soon maybe 2" would probably be a prince (f) aka princess. But first, things might turn out differently and second, I really don't know. What I am sure of, however, is that it is unwise to count your chickens before they hatch (m/f/d) and consequently wiser to first figure things out with a concrete person 2 about how to best design the shared cozy home.

I had inferred from "vielleicht bald 2" that a princess was in prospect. Otherwise, I would not share the criticism here. I find the floor plan quite successful, and it also works well for three (and sorry, even for four...). Everything is designed quite practically and sensibly. Size is nice if you can afford it; otherwise, 130m² is still much more than most families have. (We are three, two children and I - each with their own room -, and the house has 100m²...) The OP could consider building only the "need for now" first (basically 2ZiKüBad on one level) and the upper floor as a (prepared) expansion reserve, in case princess and corresponding offspring should appear. Then it won’t be so expensive now, and some flexibility remains. The floor area could be increased compared to the current plan, so that fully developed it might rather come close to 150m².
