I too have deliberately not based my criticism on floor plan details here, but on the "further-reaching deficiency" that in this situation there is, in my opinion, still too much unknown. Even among those of my buddies – and I have almost as many as Bommes – where the woman moved into the same apartment where the buddy had already lived before, it nowhere even remotely looks like it did in the times "before marriage." Mind you, this even applies to those cases where the shared flat was not expanded by offspring. And moreover also in cases where prince and princess are of the same sex.

do you have 100 sqm on one or two levels?

On two levels. It is a detached house with a gable roof. The plot was small and did not allow for larger external dimensions. The house measures 10.5x7m² on the outside; I did not count the HAR (7m²) in the 100m², it is extra.
Without a doubt, I would have wished for half a meter more in every dimension. The living room would have benefited greatly from that. And probably my own room upstairs too, but compared to the previous apartment, it is a huge improvement.
