I would have to place a bungalow sideways, meaning the long side in depth, but I didn’t like that.

I absolutely lack a proper site plan with neighboring buildings and roads, etc.: why are there windows missing, for example in the east?
I would definitely open up the kitchen and create an island in the kitchen. And always remember: the kitchen belongs to the terrace and vice versa, not the living room.

For one or two people, the house size is certainly sufficient; for a family with two children, it is very tight, especially the extremely narrow children's room is actually too small. There is also no second shower. I would definitely design the kitchen open in a house of this size. It is actually not possible for a single person to build a house that optimally covers all eventualities. If possible, I would at least build the house a little wider to make the kitchen and the second children's room a bit wider.
