Staircase floor plan design, tread and stringer

The stairwell will be different then, and that causes problems upstairs

so...
I have actually found a staircase that I like. Do you think it fits with the floor plan if you put a half-high wall in front of it? Or will it be too tight?

That is a very steep staircase - and with open steps dangerous and unsuitable for small children. How do you want to get a wardrobe or a double bed up this staircase?

Hi everyone! I almost don’t dare to ask this here... We have now decided on the half-turned staircase. However, we are not yet agreed on the direction of travel. What do you think? As it currently is in the floor plan, you walk directly towards the stair railing when you come in. If we reversed the direction, the staircase would first run along the back wall and you would practically walk underneath it.

What is your opinion? I think if we reverse the direction, everything could appear more open. Right?
