Planned loss of reality is really on the rise, see Björn Höcke. It brings him at least 23.4% in the state election. Ossi at heart, or something like that. He brought down the wall about as much as the hop.

I am now just wondering if suddenly great prosperity has broken out in the country. Houses in the Mainz/Wiesbaden area, for example, are selling like hotcakes despite ridiculous prices. Even old terraced houses in the countryside are being sold for 400k (e.g., Stadecken-Elsheim/Nieder-Olm). Apparently, only high earners and self-employed people are around here – or quite a few people are simply overextending themselves...

At least island should be better than Hallig there.

Unfortunately, you have to be enthusiastic about that all by yourself, I don’t agree.

Oh, don’t say anything against KITT’s master!
No, Ossis in the blood, but not in the sense of Alternative for Fools. We simply crossed over before the wall was built, that’s why I was born on the Rhine and became local, but that doesn’t erase my origin. Not letting go of it in exile is one of the things the dumb Wessi doesn’t get. This wall in the heads "Only those who could only dream of tropical fruits and personally scratched the wall can be Ossis" even Winds of Change cannot blow away. Ossis are NOT a GDR product, this type of people existed long before!

More the latter - and eventually the securities of the bad banks will all be dumped on the bargain table - I’ll wait for that relaxed in my rented apartment, if you know what I mean...

I am of the opinion that you are a lucky devil.

More and more is being inherited, and in many cases, parents still help so that the children can even manage to move into their own four walls. Want an example? When my colleague’s grandmother died, her half-timbered house in the village brought in just 80,000 euros. My colleague then received 60,000 of that from his inheriting parents as equity. He then had no problem paying an exaggerated 320,000 for his own house. After all, it wasn’t his money.
I guess soon nothing will be possible without parents, grandparents, inheritance, or civil servant status, at least not in densely populated areas.

My parents also supported me – just the incidental costs of the purchase are a huge amount, especially if a real estate agent is involved. I find it rather dismissive to write as if it all doesn’t matter just because the family is helping.
