There could be some truth to that :-(I think that the house is basically not really tailored to the OP yet.
Overall, that all sounds much more like a reworked draft from previous clients rather than the architect "freshly" designing for this client.-Architect + our ideas / adjustments [...] We would adopt the basement floor 1 to 1 like that. [...] We also like the size of the children's rooms on the upper floor. [...] we would like a niche etc. for shoes, jackets, etc., so that you don’t "stumble" directly over them or everything is immediately visible. [...] From today’s perspective, we would want to change the most on the upper floor: We don’t like the access to the bedroom through the "dressing area". [...] Although the roof terrace is not a must and if so, it will also not be above the entrance at the front.
