I think that with this house size you can get a bit more out of it than just a standard floor plan... A wardrobe and pantry would be a must for me!

In the kitchen there is an "error," the distance to the island is too large because the door to the outside is too far at the top of the plan. If the garage is to stay there, the kitchen/guest wall would have to shift at least 60 cm towards the top of the plan. I almost think that it is too early to place such kitchen details precisely as long as the entire house floor plan is not set yet; one is still right at the very beginning there. Certainly, a pantry should have space, at the moment we have 1.4x1.2 and in addition a generous kitchen and that is completely sufficient, rather too much space. As says, there should definitely be a spacious cloakroom/space for shoes, etc. By the way, I took a look at "spexs" kitchen.... very stylish and also elaborate; nevertheless, when cooking he looks at a wall and the central island seems rather cramped and like a passageway area to me. Given the budget used, I would imagine something different. Therefore, I think first to find the floor plan with a possible basic shape of the appropriate kitchen space, then these details will also be found.
