I don't think so. Exactly these things like line spacing can no longer be changed later and can make a reasonable kitchen layout impossible.

The kitchen is one of the first things to consider when planning a house. Because, if, as in the example, the garage must remain there and the kitchen has to shift upwards according to the plan, you can no longer get from the hallway to the kitchen and the entire ground floor layout no longer works. Often it is ultimately about 10cm that prevent the kitchen from becoming the dream kitchen you hoped for.

I find such hints quite helpful; otherwise, one sometimes rearranges everything just because of a few centimeters. Are there any comments or ideas on how to place the stairs or what preferences you have regarding the orientation of the living room and kitchen?

Of course, it’s best if you already know your respective wishes. Therefore, location, certain standard dimensions, etc. should definitely be taken into account, so that the basic shape of my desired kitchen is possible afterwards.
But I also believe that there is not just ONE dream kitchen, but that the kitchen will change anyway, especially due to the usually tighter budget, technical requirements, but also own changes/innovations AFTER various kitchen plans. Just as everyone wants a dream bathroom and other dreams realized for almost every other room.
Precisely for this reason, it often makes sense to involve a well-chosen architect from the very beginning to realize these dreams in all areas right from the start.

Hello everyone,

thank you once again for the helpful suggestions during our first attempt at a floor plan. Attached is the current version. We look forward to your ideas and feedback!

What advantage is there in having the wall layouts ignore those of the other floor? - the chimney stands quite awkwardly in the hallway upstairs. I cannot really discern a concept here.
