We only have the remotes at the TVs. Everything else operates automatically, including the tunable white lights. Then you don't even notice it anymore but use the full potential. The main lighting in the kitchen is also TW, so also the question whether it makes sense for the countertop or if a fixed value is sufficient there. Possibly something around 3500K P.S.
