Living space.

And if you were a gardener, would you assign everyone a garden shed and a shovel for the big job? That's not how it works.

Living space is probably what you experience most in a room. In my opinion, you can't just calculate utility rooms upside down.

And how is it with the energy saving ordinance? If you have to use solar, then you also have to store. Our device is about 80 cm deep... 2 meters high... it also shouldn't be too close to the wall. There has to be room for tools and a craftsman's arm!

The wall thicknesses at the V

Is the gas heating no longer compliant with the Energy Saving Ordinance? I thought that was only the case for oil heating. Sorry, I probably promised too much there. Our old terraced house of course had nothing to do with today's Energy Saving Ordinance.

But the heating was really small. Maybe 40 deep, 60 high – but with all the pipes underneath. But it was in exactly such a storage space as it would be for the OP.

You need renewable energy, and of course the cheapest and simplest option is the [solaranlage]. Photovoltaics might be possible, but not within the price limit. There is hardly anything else feasible.

I also immediately thought of Goalkeeper and am presenting my draft from back then again here. I read an interior dimension of 570 cm from you... that could be wider - right? I’m thinking 590-600 cm. I planned Goalkeeper with an interior dimension of 640 cm and a side entrance. Technology goes into the roof, as does the office, and a guest/children/playroom, which can also be used for the 3rd child at some point. Although the missing width centimeters are quite annoying. A second full bathroom might be desirable, but I didn’t consider it in favor of extensive hallway storage, also for a stroller. You can take a look for ideas. And then the question still remains: how high can the knee wall be in the attic?

Haha

No, but then I would probably have spatial imagination

Exactly, and that's why I bridge from what I know using numbers I am familiar with.

It's now pointless to debate this. I know your opinion. For me, it's not entirely clear yet and I want to make the best of it.
