Hmm, I don't know much about it, but, according to my understanding, garages in most federal states are either allowed to stand on the property boundary OR they must keep a 3 m distance from the neighboring property. And I think roof overhangs are included.
If they stand on the boundary, they probably are not allowed to have windows facing the neighbor.
Houses themselves must have a minimum distance of 3 m. There are quite a few rules for bay windows, but they are fairly complex.
The problem with your design is ... it is a design that was not made for any specific property. - Or?

Roof pitch 20° to 50°. Thus, hip roofs or pyramid roofs should be allowed.
