Retiree is one thing. Recently I read in a post something about 47 and 41 years, is that correct? When I look at the mortality tables as a bank, I wouldn't necessarily expect more sprightly retirees.
But that is basically not a problem. I myself have just concluded a 40-year term and could have even gotten financing partly as TA and partly with 1% repayment (I was born in 1972) - but on worse conditions.
