I wouldn’t want to do without a shower either, rather without these mini tubs with 160 cm; depending on the height of the person to be bathed, 160 cm is really not a pleasure. I would therefore prefer a second shower. Is there really no laundry room in the house?? Otherwise, my preference for the washing machine would also be the guest bathroom or, depending on the plan, ultimately even the kitchen, which can be invisibly concealed (worst case). In my opinion, the shower’s interior dimension should be at least 90 cm, so 90x90 is comfortable even for taller people, but it’s nice to have a bit more. Maybe swap the sink and toilet and put both against the wall, then when you enter you walk towards the washbasin and mirror instead of the toilet. A sliding door looks nice; in the toilet less practical.

Just for understanding: I didn't mean that you should remove the shower from the main bathroom or not add one. I think the bathroom with shower and bathtub is fine. I think you can't compare a 90x90 shower with the one drawn, as the latter is much longer. With the same width, it makes a huge difference whether it's square or rectangular. In the kitchen, I wouldn't want to put the washing machine there either, as space is limited there and important storage space would be lost. I would much rather forgo a second shower (luxury problem ) a thousand times over. Besides, you can also shower in the bathtub.

I thought that at first too, but apparently the window is in the way.

Thank you very much, there is a laundry room but since we live on the ground floor we have no entitlement to it. There doesn’t have to be a second shower. It was simply the idea to turn the guest toilet into a storage room. I am 1.75m, my husband would have more space in the tub. I will show the plan to a specialist store, maybe they have more ideas. Yes, the kitchen is actually quite small, that will be difficult.

Everything is a bit complicated, let's wait for the site manager's response. If the costs are enormous, then we'll drop it. The apartment already costs a fortune.

Ground floor? Important info! Then there will only be technical and storage rooms downstairs and wastewater pipes on the ceiling are much easier to do than letting your wastewater run along the living room ceiling below your neighbor!

Shower only 80 wide, basin moves along with the toilet downwards. Now a large corner bathtub, about 160x120, fits. The pre-wall should be sufficient to drain the toilet in the adjacent wardrobe, where a washing machine and dryer could possibly fit on top. (Please sketch). Does the door have to be that wide; is it wheelchair accessible? Otherwise, an 88 or 78 passage would also fit. The 102 passage costs space that would be better used for a tall cabinet.
