It would be a space frame staircase. I just learned something new again, I thought the staircase was called what I wrote in the first post ;) in the construction service description it says "bolt-space frame staircase" with the photo of the staircase

Offer sum just under 470,000 EUR

The average price of 2200/sqm living area for a simple house construction is greatly undercut.
Including garage and extension, there should be a 5 at the front of the offer sum.
Or is there a bargain hole in your area in Augsburg in the expensive south?

The hallway and technical room are still included as trades with tiles in the price in the offer

Electricity: looks standard to me as a layperson with the sockets etc. so far.

Overall, it reads like a normal construction service description.
However, the devil is always in the details, which is why there are expert consultants you can hire for money (experts) who check construction service descriptions regarding hidden costs.

No, your time!
You make the mistake of not developing your own sense of good or bad.
There are things you cannot impose on others. 30 €/sqm for tiles is not much; what measure is still included? Etc.? Crane, toilet, container, construction power? A few things out of many... you have to look at those yourself.
What do you mean by "looks like..."?
Basically, comparison counts! Since everyone has their own construction service description and everyone has their own “selling point” to pimp their construction service description, you have to look yourself and, if necessary, have an expert check it.
I would be a bit cautious here because the offer is actually too cheap - no one gives anything away! And you pay for what is not in a construction service description there. So look at what is not listed!
