Always those engineers who, because of all their studying, haven't learned anything ;) (no offense meant, I include myself, I am one too)

OT: However, the safety officer here in the company explained it differently. The colleagues with an electrical engineering degree all have the laboratory authorization, whether they need it or not. Well, maybe it’s also a company interpretation to save costs ;-) According to Wikipedia: Section 5.2 of the aforementioned DIN VDE 1000-10 (VDE 1000-10) includes, among other things, the following wording regarding qualification: The requirement for professional training for certain activities in the field of electrical engineering is generally fulfilled by completion of one of the training paths listed below for the respective electrical engineering work area:
[*]a) Training in a recognized apprenticeship to become a journeyman/skilled worker, [*]b) Training to become a master craftsman, [*]c) Training to become an industrial foreman, [*]d) Training to become a state-certified technician, [*]e) Training to become a graduate engineer, bachelor or master.

Calculate at least 2700 euros per sqm, then you'll be at 588k for the construction. What you get with the BU for the 460 is certainly lower standard.

Since you would like to use KNX, you will probably also tick the "must-have" box for other things, otherwise KNX makes no sense. Then the price called up will probably not be sufficient. I already see the 2700€/sqm from askforafriend as a better approximate value.

One last time OT, then I’ll keep my mouth shut :) :

You write it yourself: training programs for the respective field of work of electrical engineering. In my example, I work in microelectronics with everything below <24V. That is a completely different field of work than working with mains voltage/house installations. Therefore, I am probably not allowed to do that (our safety officer agrees with this opinion).

I am curious to see what we ultimately get for the price. I have also initially set 15k as a limit. However, 150m2 of living space and parameterization done by myself. But I am well aware that there are no limits upwards. At some point, my wife will no longer go along with it  I can hardly wait for the conversation with the electrician.

Let's put it this way: For 15 K AUFPREIS (in addition to the 10 K standard costs) we wouldn't even have been able to fully equip a single floor with KNX/network at our place – without parameterization.
