My wife always wants only [Wiener Art], she can't eat real Wiener Schnitzel because of the poor calves. Always this arbitrariness!

As long as she doesn't believe cold cuts grow directly in the refrigerated section...

So I find the GU offer surprisingly inexpensive, even if everything is standard. Ventilation is ka also already included... I am currently planning almost the same with an architect from the dimensions, about 210 sqm, 2.5 floors, no basement, and the GUs give me estimates starting from 650 upwards based on their standard service description. Without upgrades, outdoor facilities, and earthworks... Best regards GD

Aren't you the one with the outdated cost-estimating architect? For a 210 sqm / 650k construction, GC construction service descriptions have no place anymore; the construction service description should come from the planning, tendering, and site-managing architect – even for zero-problem plots.

Hello dear people,

first of all, many thanks for your suggestions! I take it that the offer itself is OK ;). Although the price will probably go down due to a new building regulation that provides new distance rules to the property boundary. (3.7m!) The regulation now affects the people in the new development area who acquired the property through the lottery process and now want/wanted to start the construction project. Not exactly fair... and the topic will at least be discussed at the building committee meeting on 04/20.. + it may be that our planned dormer cannot be built at all and will therefore be omitted.. I am currently having this checked again! I might create a separate topic to possibly gather opinions from you :)

Regarding the smart home topic, I am very curious about what offer the electrician will make! I think it will make sense to get at least 2 offers for the KNX wiring. Regarding the hardware, I tend towards the manufacturer MDT...

Happy Easter!

Best regards
