Received GU offer - Assessment of fair offer?

Let's put it this way: For 15 K EXTRA COST (in addition to the 10 K standard costs), we wouldn’t even have been able to fully equip an entire floor with KNX/network at our place – without parameterization.

I’m saying it, I’m curious. Currently, I’m creating the room book and will then think about component selection. I don’t need Basalte here either, generally MDT glass switches will also do. Depending on what the electrician says, the decision either needs to be reconsidered or reduced, or the extra cost absorbed. I think you get something for 15k, but certainly not the highest expansion level (yeah, not that one anyway). For example, I will only plan window contacts on the ground floor. Sure, not particularly smart, but that’s where they bring me the most added value.

It would be a folding structure staircase. I learned something new again, I thought the staircase was called as I wrote in the first post ;) in the construction performance description it says "bolt-folding structure staircase" with the photo of the staircase
