I’m saying it, I’m curious. Currently, I’m creating the room book and will then think about component selection. I don’t need Basalte here either, generally MDT glass switches will also do. Depending on what the electrician says, the decision either needs to be reconsidered or reduced, or the extra cost absorbed. I think you get something for 15k, but certainly not the highest expansion level (yeah, not that one anyway). For example, I will only plan window contacts on the ground floor. Sure, not particularly smart, but that’s where they bring me the most added value.

Surcharge, not total cost. But it doesn’t matter. I don’t want to put much more on the table and then it will be design to budget or something else.

You really have to be careful. For example, I once read in an offer about a "staircase in folding structure look," which was not a folding structure staircase.....what you can hide with words o_O
