Realistic costs for a single-family house?

I asked about the land because you already had that. I was a bit confused about what you mean by land costs.

Wow, that's quite intense...
For us, it was about 230,000 all in, although we did quite a lot ourselves, which saved over 10,000 in craftsmen's wages and at least 10,000 in materials.

Then I'll throw in my first experiences. My bank advisor at Raiffeisenbank calculates turnkey for Kfw55 at 420 €/m3 plus 40 k€ for the garage. That makes about 650 k€ for 190 m2 living space with basement and land (110 k€) plus incidental construction costs!

The sad thing is, this calculation is not far from the first offers. Our basement is already being dropped and will only be under the garage. Still, I really don't know what to do anymore. A standard gable roof with 13 x 10 m is being built in Bavaria.

Well, 190 sqm is not exactly small... I don't know how many children are present or planned, but these are usually the houses that get sold again when the children move out...

In the end, it could of course also be only 180 sqm, depending on the knee wall. Nevertheless, the cost estimate is already well above the one initially made in this forum for 140 - 150 sqm houses. Is that realistic? Friends of mine with built houses of the same size from 3 years ago talk about €100k less.

Does anyone here have experience with how much less an underground garage costs compared to a basement under the house? I was told €30k, of course for our house dimensions.

We paid just under €300,000 for 190 sqm KFW55 Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 with a gable roof without a basement and without ancillary building costs, outdoor facilities, and garage/carport but including painting work and floor coverings.
