A small update for all interested parties.
A lot has happened again. We are busy continuing the renovations.
For those interested, below are our renovation expenses for 2023 and 2024.
In 2025, a few more topics are planned, such as renewing the entrance area, etc.

[*]The ground floor is more or less finalized; we moved in at the end of 2023. Doors are now installed. Partly raffstores on the windows facing the neighbors. The WLAN access point got a short cable; the switch has remained.
[*]We retrofitted an external venetian blind.
[*]The basement electrical system is now completely renewed, main meter cabinet finalized.
[*]New basement windows.
[*]Outside, we have disposed of old railway sleepers as paving and supplemented with old town cobblestones.
[*]And our habitable rooms in the basement have also been completely renovated, so the rooms now serve as guest rooms / workrooms.
