May I ask if the estimated costs of the architect also include their fee?

How many cubic meters of enclosed space do you have?

The architect did not plan the costs; the prefabricated house manufacturer did. My answer in the questionnaire was probably ambiguous or incomplete.

The costs for the architect are not included in the house price, although they are reasonable.

So far, I know that the living area is 158.25 m^2. I would have to ask the architect about the enclosed space. Is that simply another measurement for the house, or can I derive further information from it?

Am I correct in interpreting that your provider comes from Hohenstein?

We had also spoken with them. But it is the other one from Rheinau-Linx...

OK, both in the higher price range, but also of very high quality.

If we didn’t have so many trades in the immediate vicinity, we would not have built massively but with your provider.
