It would be helpful if you did not orient the floor plans differently in every post. Best to align them like the site plan.

The staircase is far too short.

Where will the building services go? The basement is not planned - or is it?

Here are the ground floor and upper floor matching the site plan. Please excuse me for not thinking of that earlier.

There should also be a basement, which can be reached through the hallway. I sketched all of this myself with HomeByMe to get a first impression.

The knee wall is approximately 1.45 and 1.85 m. The roof is intended to be an offset shed roof.

This solution (straight staircase) combined with a study simply requires a lot of space. In Yvonne's sketch, the house is slimmer.

What do you think of this solution? If everything is too imprecise, I can also wait until I have a plan from the architect.

Nevertheless, many thanks in advance for your tips!

Which roof surface will be the higher one?

Right now it is a sketch, but it promises to become something good.
You can still move the windows around, because I think if they are not centered in the rooms but aligned along the middle axis, it will look more harmonious without the rooms losing space. I think you could still use a storage room on the ground floor, possibly shortening the kitchen to get from the door (now) into the storage room and from there into the kitchen. Kitchen/dining could tolerate being shortened, it would even be an advantage because the room could become too long.
Is the staircase too narrow in the sketch? At least it looks that way.
You could also move the door in the bedroom if the furnishing is a bit difficult. I would like to see a rough furnishing plan from you to help with that.

Overall, I think it’s great that you followed our suggestion to move the front door forward.
I think you will be satisfied with the decision.

The roof surface on the north side is the higher one. Here, the knee wall is approximately 1.85 m.

I have "sketched" further and added furniture on the ground floor. At first, I also thought that the kitchen/dining block would be too long, but if you still want good access to the garden, you almost need the space. Can it be seen that way?

The staircase is now wider, but I am not sure if the hallway is not too narrow. In the office/staircase area, the distance is 1.1 m.

I am going to work on the upper floor, but I also think this floor plan could work! Thanks for the tips!

Here now a bit more concrete.

What is your opinion on these floor plans?
Could they work or do you still see potential for optimization?

I have aligned the floor plans to fit the plot. As always, north is at the top.

Thank you very much for your feedback!

I don't find it that bad, but I would make the door of the dressing room on the upper floor open towards the hallway and not as an enclosed room to the bedroom. Otherwise, there's not much to say without dimensions.
