In Yvonne’s initial thread a lot more things are asked.

Important indeed .. should it remain for 2 people or is growth planned.

And then indicate the use of the roof terrace.

I just did a rough calculation with the main house, the annexes and the garage you have at least 220 to 230 sqm of your plot built up plus paths and driveway.

The 237 cm wide tube annex .. You can hardly move inside with shelves on both sides. What is supposed to be stored there?

The 3 m boundary can also run along public traffic areas and since there are streets to the north and east, that can be used. I don’t want to lose too much south-facing space. The terrace for breakfast etc. should be on the west side directly in front of the kitchen. I would have liked to rotate the garage the other way around, but the building authority objects here. Otherwise, I wouldn’t know where to place the garage if I have an extension on one side of the house? The west is too important to me, the north doesn’t work because then there is no space left in the south. The same applies to the east side – I cannot provide a window there if I have a building there.

First of all, we remain two people.

The roof terrace is actually supposed to be just a green flat roof in order not to have to look at a roof of the extension and can serve as a small seating area in the morning.
The storage extension should have shelves on one side for supplies, the grill, etc., and on the other side storage and workspace for kitchen appliances that one does not want to store in the actual kitchen. Additionally, the building is a privacy screen for the west terrace in front of the kitchen,

Hmm ... I don’t know. Is the site plan available in the original? What is located to the south and west? Neighboring properties? Who made the design? Architect? The garage entrance from the north is certainly only not allowed at the corner .. right? Is all the furnishing exemplary? Then again the key points summarized:
[*]no bathtub in the entire house [*]kitchen workflows .. many distances, especially cooktop/sink [*]distances garage/entrance [*]closet room and position/direction of attic staircase [*]bathroom upstairs .. seems relatively narrow and tubular .. also in relation to the overall size of the house [*]For many other floor plans I often think “too little storage space,” but here I somehow have the feeling the house was built around storage space. [*]east roof terrace .. I doubt anyone would sit there in the morning after the coffee source is located diametrically across the house ;) [*]upstairs bedroom and access to west balcony in addition to east roof terrace [*]narrow storage room
And then it is very regrettable that you unfortunately ignore Yvonne’s small checklist so much. It is simply very helpful to have all this information in one place.

Next to the plot, to the west and south, there are further plots. To the south, developed with a bungalow.
To the west there is a two-story single-family house behind a high hedge. On the northern opposite side there is a two-story multi-family house with a gable roof.

I am sending the sketches with measurements again, although the correct furniture is not drawn in here. That is why I did not send them at first, to avoid unnecessary confusion.
As you might see, the planning essentially comes from us (because of the unusual arrangement), but we have meanwhile also already discussed it with my architect, hence the professional sketches.
But of course I am still uncertain, one doesn't build so often in life :-)
Therefore I appreciate every comment.

The waiver of the bathtub comes from my wife, "since it is hardly used, you don't need it." Therefore the bathroom can also be smaller. I liked the idea that when looking into the bathroom you don't see much; shower and toilet are behind a wall and you only see the washbasins and mirrors. As furniture there is a built-in closet to the left.

I will go through Yvonne’s list calmly again. I thought many questions were obvious from the sketch itself, like the roof shape etc. But if the list makes the assessment easier I am happy to do so of course :-)

... and yes, only at the corner is an exit not allowed. Otherwise north is also possible as garage exit
