I actually meant the original site plan of the property. I can hardly believe the distance of only 130 cm to the property boundary.

This checklist is very useful in the initial post because it provides all the essential information (e.g., also knee wall height or roof pitch, floor area ratio and plot ratio, etc.) at a glance. Also things that clarify how you use guest rooms, etc. If all that is always posted as separate answers somewhere in the thread, it’s tedious to keep track of.

Bathtub... I also tend not to use one. Your answer regarding possible family growth is not entirely clear. In any case, it makes sense to have a bathtub if maybe more children come later. It might also not harm the resale value if at least one of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

As the bathroom is currently planned, it looks more like a small narrow bathroom due to the shower wall, and the dimensions (208 cm) confirm that. That means shower with partition wall about 105 cm (the shower is then only 90 cm wide) and exactly 100 cm left for the washbasin and standing in front... no, that simply won’t work.

And then about 110 cm for toilet and bidet? squeezed next to each other.

The closet room is 188 cm wide... What kind of cabinets are supposed to stand on the right and left there?

Your storage annex is only 187 cm...

These are all raw construction measurements; the finished dimensions will be about 2 to 4 cm less.

I think that means starting over from the beginning.

Before I search the thread for the reason why the garage is where it is, I'll use a sentence I read earlier: Doors must be available somewhere in a special offer. A quick glance at a non-functional kitchen, too narrow dressing room, and an unusually furnished hallway on the ground floor.

But you do realize that sometimes something can happen where you might NEED a tub. For example, sitz baths may become necessary or maybe a child will still come along, or so on and so forth. We hardly use our tub either, but a house needs a tub. Especially when it comes to resale value. The planning is definitely happening in the wrong place here.

Actually, it's 2.3 m: My calculation was 90 cm shower (should be comfortable), 10 cm partition wall into which on the other side the washbasin can be partially integrated. Then 60 cm washbasin depth. 70 cm remain in front of the washbasin, which should actually be enough, otherwise the wall could be shifted a bit. Would that make sense?

Cabinet depth: 2 * 50 cm, no doors, leaving 88 cm, is that too narrow? I assumed that 70 cm minimum is manageable and with 88 cm you can still get along relatively comfortably?
