Prefabricated garage 6 × 6 meter provider

Hello. We are looking for a provider for concrete prefabricated garages as a large garage with 1 gate. Has anyone of you had such built? From which provider? How were the costs? So far we have shortlisted 2 "cheap" companies with offers of €16,000 each. 3 further offers range from €18,000 - €25,000. We want 1 gate with 2 remote controls, electrical package with several sockets, 2 heating points, no door no window. All in white. Roof coating, sectional door, M-Sicke Woodgrain, automatic gate drive and drainage. Incl. delivery and assembly on site-delivered strip foundations. At least I would reconsider the window part. Because this could be opened if necessary (high humidity in the garage) and thus give the moisture the opportunity to escape outside. And a door to quickly get from the garden into the garage is sometimes not the worst thing. Especially when there is one or the other garden tool or garden furniture in the garage.

hello garden friend... the garage is partially backfilled with soil at the rear and also on the side... (somewhat sloped property). therefore no window or door.
