I just checked again, the price is probably standard after all. However, normally the layer thickness is only 6cm. In our case, however, the greening is required by the development plan with a minimum thickness of 10cm; that is the only reason why we did it. Otherwise, I would have preferred to save the money. It should actually be more expensive than standard, as the static calculation has to be checked, but this has apparently already been checked for other builders in the area.
Hello, just a tip: Have the garage prepared by the manufacturer for [Dachbegrünung]. Then have the [Dachbegrünung] done locally by a garden landscaper, or do it yourself. There are really more difficult DIY tasks than greening your roof.... Savings potential at least 80%.
