How many electric cars are you planning to have in the medium term? If it's just one, a single wallbox is enough. The cables in the garage should just be adequately sized to possibly install a second one later. It doesn't make sense to install a wallbox now (because of the subsidy) that won't be used for 10 years. I always wonder with such tight garages why people put themselves through that. It's enough if one of the two cars isn't parked 100% correctly, and it no longer fits. In my new housing development, there is someone whose 3 Series BMW barely fits into the garage. Getting in or out on the passenger side is naturally no longer possible. Groceries are unloaded outside, even though there is a door to the house inside the garage. Why put yourself through this? Better to have a carport with open sides.
