How is the soundproofing with the T8 and T9 actually? How much better is it with the T9 compared to the T8?

Manufacturer information is your friend.

What does that mean now? Does it mean that next year it will no longer be possible to build with a gas heating system because it no longer meets the required regulation?

Best regards

: The manufacturer does not specify the sound insulation. Therefore, I can only make assumptions based on the bulk density of the two stones - but that doesn't help me because I need absolute numbers to be able to compare. If in doubt, I have to make a call.

: No, that's not quite right. You can still currently build with a gas heating system and meet the KFW70 standard. This is comparatively easy, even though you often read the opposite online. However, compared to last year, it is associated with significant additional costs unless you have already decided on a central ventilation system.

What you need is the combination of gas condensing boiler + solar + central ventilation system. If then your masonry and insulation are not exactly the state of five years ago, you can easily manage with that.

Tip: search for Stiebel Eltron Energy Saving Ordinance system consultant - there you can easily piece together the possible combinations and see whether you would meet the Energy Saving Ordinance with that or not.

Hi,

Yes, you can. But since the gas heating system is now artificially calculated poorly and the air-water heat pump is artificially calculated favorably, you will probably need a larger solar thermal area for a gas heating system. This can significantly worsen the economic evaluation of the gas heating system.

Best regards,

Andreas

Nothing is artificially calculated there... the government's goal is to become more independent from fossil fuels - partly for political reasons and partly for environmental considerations. Since the electricity mix has changed, the factor has now been adjusted (the electricity has become "cleaner"). For the consumer, this is of course nonsense, as it indeed benefits heat pumps, even though these may not necessarily be the most economical option for them.
