... roughly counted above, fits into the distribution board discussed with the electrician. He (the electrician) has 48TE + 24 transfer switches for power, we have 96TE + 24TE for the smart home including transfer wiring, concealed with low installation height.
My planning regarding lighting and PM etc. is now almost complete. Nevertheless, some questions keep coming up (in my head).
A few things are already certain though. For example, that a professional lighting planner will no longer "come on board," it is too late for that and not even desired. We will have to live with possibly suboptimal results. But this will probably be the case for the majority of the population anyway ;)
I am also aware that I cannot create a perfect plan for the rental apartment upstairs, since the furnishing is not fixed and the habits of future tenants are simply unknown. That is why I will also provide some unused outlet boxes in the upper floor where PM or lamps can later be installed. But since the attic floor structure consists only of dry screed panels, the possibilities are very limited. Mainly in the line of the controlled residential ventilation valves, near the knee wall (which will be boxed in) there are good possibilities.
But for my residential unit on the ground floor, there are still many options. Here is the first question:
I would like a PM that at night (time period ~24:00 - 5:00) turns the light on in the hallway and bathroom to, say, 20% brightness when it detects "appropriate" movement in the bedroom. Where would this be optimally installed? I always only hear about these "ominous": under the bed PM... Would that actually be the right place?
