Please fill out the questionnaire

https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundrissplanung-unbedingt-vor-Beitrag-Erstellung-lesen.11714/

Please dimension the floor plan.
Are those your furniture or just furniture from the program?
Be sure to draw in the correct furniture to scale

Hallway very large, no wardrobe

: thanks for the link. I will post again in the correct subforum, with the completed questionnaire

Edit: the furniture is from RoomSketcher and has some correct dimensions as far as I understand

The hallway cannot be restricted due to the necessary walking path, or what ideas would you have?

Correct measurements only apply to your existing furniture or the ones you want to buy

Do you really not want a wardrobe, chest of drawers, lowboard in the living room and want to place the sofa like that?

Where will the terrace be? And where are the property boundaries? If the existing building is to remain, how is that supposed to fit with the kitchen window? You are pushing everything in the entrance direction, what about the rest of the property? Where do you want to park? You are wasting a lot of open space that is needed for living. Your walls are very narrow. They need to be thicker. In the bathrooms, there must be pre-wall installations, which also take up space. Your bathtub is smaller than scale. Do you really want such a shower? How does one get into the utility room? Where would your wardrobe be??? In your furnished shower toilet, one has to twist somewhat between the washbasin and the toilet... they hinder rather than help. The sofa is so cramped that there are only 2 meters between the wall and the sofa. What were you thinking? Behind it is empty space that can no longer be used. What are your plans for the kitchen?

B7 is the current version. The one from you I only attached once, because of the change between bathroom/bedroom.

The utility room basically has an exit towards the north to also access the outbuilding.
The kitchen and living room share the southern orientation, the terrace will also have a south or southwest orientation.
In the kitchen itself there is another dining area for 4 people.

All "furniture" are initially only rough illustrations to get an idea whether the floor plan would generally be the right choice.

The idea with the open living room is basically just that more air/light, a feeling of more visible space, is available instead of separating/remodeling it.

Parking is on the driveway to the property, which itself is 30m long.

I will open a new topic in the correct forum and answer all questions from the catalog in advance.

Best regards
Michael

A rough illustration does not help.

What use is a small bathtub if one for 2 is desired?
Where should the books, DVDs, shoes, model train (what sets you apart from others) go?
Your sofa is 15 cm wider and it already becomes tight.

With that size, I would give up 2 dining seats.

Draw in the living-dining room and in the kitchen all the furniture you really need with the correct measurements. It is important to mark the movement space around the table.
