I would shift the house dimensions slightly to 1045x975 so that the stair area and the living room depth become a bit more pleasing. Also, every centimeter counts in the space next to the car in front of the house (in my opinion, this is a bitter pill that I would only swallow if usually only one car parks on the property).

Whether to actually plan a kids' bathroom at this house size, I am torn. On the one hand, it is located above the living room either way, and the drainage would have to be well planned. On the other hand, there is no longer a shower downstairs with this layout.
I have the feeling that the size of the plot is overestimated in the L-living space discussion, or some just lack an overview. The so quiet and cozy location in the rear L is completely relativized in my opinion when you draw in the top view including the expected edge development of the neighbor.
I took my sketch and simulated the living room in pink:
If you now also imagine the planned corner windows from #1, it becomes even more absurd. How nice does the location at the garden seem then, right?
