Hi! In our region, deep drilling (karst area) is very difficult. Moreover, our HVAC planner advised against it mainly due to the required heating load, especially in winter. Actually, we wanted to connect fuel cells in series … but considering the current gas situation, we decided against it. However, we still have photovoltaics on the roof! :)

I like the exotic designs, as long as they work.

hm, my old one was 1.10, my current one 1.00… as an eccentric host I wouldn’t want to go any narrower.

Of course it fits. But with what compromises? That as a guest you have to walk through the living room and kitchen to get to the toilet. That as the host you constantly have to take the same detour. I think more could have been done with the space.
But the kitchen is also too small for me, the pantry door would work better from the hallway, I would have already placed the carport in front of the pantry/toilet, the guest room and the hallway in front of it would deserve closet space behind the doors. Is this supposed to become a separate apartment at some point?
I find the open bathroom okay to good, it’s not a household with children, so you can also let loose a bit. I probably would have moved it sideways to the top of the plan and placed the dressing room in the middle of the "parents" area. I imagine that would look more elegant.
I would have made the upstairs office a gallery room, so open to the stairs.

Overall, I am missing some sight lines that could have been emphasized more, so that you can feel exclusivity while living there, which could have been well planned here over the length or partial length. Too bad. Too many doors and frames… again the boring average consumer approach… all the courage has gone into the open bathroom… ;)

Nevertheless: Interesting property!

But:

I’m out. That reflects the league again.

Relocating the carport or changing the exterior dimensions is not possible due to the ensemble protection. I understand the aspects regarding the walkways - and there are certainly pros and cons. For us, this was the ideal compromise.

It should not become a separate granny flat; we only wanted to be able to close off the guest area as separately as possible.

Since the pantry is actually a back kitchen, we preferred direct access to the kitchen.

Of course. If anything, the 50*50cm are rather too small.

When I push the chairs in, you can just barely get past. I have a 2 m table that is 1 m wide. Around 1 m of space is needed all around in my opinion. The 2.4 m really seems tight to me. It’s probably possible, but not generous, as one would expect for the investment.

I still miss the views and the example house of the neighbor.

Yes, you can place it, but you can't use it the way a table of this shape should be used ... namely with plenty of space around it. Here there is only barely, barely, barely any space. And that somehow makes the project as a "pleasing" design somewhat questionable. Yvonne has already explained the rest. But the bake kitchen is also positioned more than suboptimally.
