Hmm .. with a room width of 528 cm and the peninsula kitchen, it will be more than tight and not very spacious and will also block the side terrace access or the passage to the living room, especially with the chairs. And, does a lamp with a diameter of 100 cm look so fitting over a 90 cm wide table?

Since everything from semi-detached house to demolition to ensemble protection is included with us, we would like to take away some of the supposed fear of such plots from one or the other.

Honestly: just the explanation of how demolition, ensemble protection, and semi-detached house are to be reconciled interests me more than all the floor plans in the world (unless it is simply an Easter April Fool's joke).

I cannot see any static problems here.

What does the other semi-detached house look like?

Is the garage planned as a covered open space?

Does the upper floor have no window on the south?

Is the priority the office on the upper floor or the bedroom? Maybe rotate the stairs?

I ask indiscreetly: Is there a special reason for planning without children?

By the way, no 240cm table fits there, at least not according to the plan and if you still want to be able to walk past it...

I tried that, it really doesn't work. Presumably, there was a lack of coordination between the architect and interior designer. The original poster doesn't want suggestions, but just to report how the construction is going. The building permit has been granted. What do you still want to change?

Interesting object. I also can't associate it with settlement/semi-detached house yet, but there will surely be an explanation. As a woman, I really wouldn't like the tiny dressing room at all; I would prefer a few square meters less bathroom. Don't you have any clothes?
