A few channels of heating actuators, blind actuators, weather station, and glass switches are actually not that expensive
The other items are somewhat understandable in terms of cost.
Edit: The satellite system is also ridiculously expensive. We have 16 connections and stayed well below €1,000. However, in EL.

Since you don't know any details, the statement is rather pointless. You can spend a lot of money in this area. And some people don't like the standard everyone-glass button and choose something more expensive?Heating and shading 11k?
