Hey

DBGHP you asked if anyone has already had experience with transport insurance.

I somehow managed to break a newly purchased wine glass on the way from Ikea to the car. Then I went back to Ikea and actually got a new one immediately-

or another example:

We assembled our Pax wardrobe and when we lifted it to set it up someone grabbed the wardrobe at an unfortunate place so that a small board broke. We then called Ikea and wanted to know if there was a way to order this single part. The part was delivered within a short time and we didn’t even have to pay for it

I love Ikea <3 That is the most customer-friendly company I know <3

Sorry. For me, a clear case of "I was just too stupid and prefer to take out the frustration about my own stupidity somewhere else" – Happens thousands of times a day at IKEA (unfortunately). The KuSe people have my highest respect. Everything else has already been said in great detail. And I agree – the argument "I've already left so much" (if that’s even true) is completely irrelevant unimportant and rather leads to the blinds going down... P.S.: Just registering for this entry says it all.

I also don't understand what your problem is. The lid is broken, so you got a new one. So what's wrong with that? Why do you want a new body if it's not even broken? If a small part is broken on a large piece, it's enough to just fix the small part, right? That's also called being a bit sustainable...

Warranty case LAGAN dishwasher After the machine stopped draining after just 8 months of use, so a warranty case! I had to call through 3 phone numbers and was then given the prospect of a technician in 1 week? 1 week without a dishwasher in a household of 5 means a lot of dishwashing, and since I cannot subject my delicate hands to that, I am now foregoing the warranty case, letting my husband repair it, or buying a new machine outright, but definitely not from IKEA!

well, the customer service is not from ikea and even with Siemens or any other manufacturer it can happen that you have to wait a few days, especially between the years when many like to take a few days off. a "emergency service" exists, as far as I know, only for freezers. when I remember my childhood, hardly anyone had a dishwasher and for years it was done by hand. what's one week? the children, if they were not very young, took turns helping with the dishes. you also have to stay somewhat realistic.
