No, the rails were only extended from 2006 onwards in order to be able to mount the dampers. You would basically have to make the extension yourself and screw it to the cabinet so that you could attach the dampers.

Me again.... could I swap my new rails with dampers for these older ones without dampers?

As I said, I recently got the 30 cabinet with the 3 drawers and added these dampers.
If these rails are not available separately at IKEA, we could swap.

No Nordkäppchen, that is not possible. They are two completely different systems. (Blum Tandembox plus <--> Hettich quattro)
